Motorcycle Tyre Inner Tubes

 Motorcycle inner tube is circular rubber tube inside the tire that maintains air pressure. Its main functions are shock absorption and supporting tire pressure, ensuring riding stability and comfort.
    It can be divided into butyl rubber inner tube and natural rubber inner tube.
   Butyl rubber inner tube:  Offer good airtightness, maintaining air pressure for a longer period (approximately 3 months), and are highly durable, suitable for long-distance or heavy-load riding, with long  lifespan. 
   Natural rubber inner tube: Have good elasticity but poorer airtightness.

      The advantage of butyl inner tubes is their excellent airtightness , allowing them to hold air longer.  They are also resistant to aging and have long lifes, typically lasting  longer than natural rubber inner tube. They are suitable for high-speed or long-distance use in vehicles such as truck,car and motorcycles. 
      Natural rubber inner tubes, on the other hand, have good elasticity and flexibility, offer more stable performance at low temperatures, and provide a more comfortable ride, making them suitable for cold environments. However, their airtightness is poorer, requiring more frequent inflation.

TYRE FLAP

     We have all size tyre flap for all sires tyres.
     The function of tyre flap is to protect the inner tube and extend tyre life. It acts as a cushioning layer, allowing the inner tube and outer tire to work together more effectively. 
     Wear protection:Tire rubber flap placed between the inner tube and the rim, it prevents the metal rim from directly rubbing against the inner tube, preventing leaks or damage.
     Puncture protection:Tyre flap blocks sharp objects such as glass shards and small stones on the road, reducing the risk of inner tube punctures.
     Although tyre flap not big, it is critical for the durability and safety of the tire.
